That will make it even more special. I have seen you shoot it. You just need a sheep out front now. Say hi to Terry for me. ...Thank you, Leo...-yes, -you have seen me shoot it...-and I have seen YOU shoot it, as well! -We really enjoyed having you and your wife Mary up here, last week...-you both are always welcome up here... -the kids miss you, too- -and, I will for sure tell Terry hi for you... -I want to thank you for all your help, especially with shooting my bow.....I learned more in one week, than I could have in years.... -and- you bet, I am bound and determined to come out of that high country with my ram...God willing, of course- -and Leo-thank you for bringing me those awesome bullets, that we couldn't find up here- they shot great out that sweet little gun, didn't they...- those bullets just may make that crucial difference, especially if I have to take a real long shot... ...yep, anyone with any questions about my rifle- just ask Leo- -I am not real anxious to part with it...but, as you all know, Buckee is definitely worth it! -and I wish for whoever ends up with it- to really cherish the rifle, and just have wonderful memories hunting with it! (-and for Pete's sake....- honor its origions...and please don't diminish it's distinctive O.T.P.G. character by putting a silly muzzlebreak on it!) Leo
The wife don't hunt...but she'd like to go to Alaska...hmmmmmm, what would there be for her to do if I were to bid? See my post of Some Alaska pictures. My wife and I just got back from visiting Aksheephuntress and she took some of those pictures. The Eagles ones are hers for example. Hoosierbuck
I had a thread with a whole bunch of AK pics a while back...I know she could find lots of places to support the local economy while you chase big stinky ungulates, and the scenery is nice, too... KirkV
Well Steve let me say If I got this hunt it would make what I have always considered my "hunt of a lifetime". I am not a rich man but have a small amount of "MAD" money so here ya go! $2000.00;)
wtnhunt
Well Steve let me say If I got this hunt it would make what I have always considered my "hunt of a lifetime". I am not a rich man but have a small amount of "MAD" money so here ya go! $2000.00;) Yep, the opportunity would be a "hunt of a lifetime" probably for any of us. Not a rich man either, but this is a great opportunity. Got some calves I need to send off to the stockyard should put us close to my bid, if not guess I can always dip into the kids college funds. Really wish there was a way I could leave my responsibilities here behind for two weeks so I could go. The wife really wants to go on this hunt, $2200.
