Guest Johnpaul
OK, let me give yall the run down. Got married last August so i have been without a deer lease for two years. Married a wonderful women that lives on 150 acres in Blackhill Texas about 45 south of San Antonio. Most of the area around us is farming and Ag. use. Like Cotten, Hay Grazer, Melons, ect.. But on our place we do have a little cover and there are small wood lots around us that consists of maybe 50-150 acres. Well this last year since I know longer have a lease I put my feeder up on the back of the place close to a stock pond and about 50 yards off the fence line to a neighboring wood lot (mesquites).. I have been getting some good tracks finally after 6 months. Really excited about the potential, and its nice to be able to hunt were you live. Cant wait till season. Here are a few pics of my new setup.

Texan_Til_I_Die
There are a lot of good deer killed just to your south, so it wouldn't surprise me in the least if you saw something decent in your little spot. Good luck!
Born4it
If you have a good feeling about it, I'm sure you're right! I'll be waiting to see the pictures of the big bucks you see there this season! Good luck, Ryan
