wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Personally I pretty well use only homebrew cams. Guess it really depends on what your opinion is of making you go broke. Cams have come way down in price over the past few years, the newer moultries are supposed to be much better than they used to be, guess that would be a consideration if I was looking. BearClaw
I use an older Moultrie 2.0 megapixels. It cost around $100 and it takes good, clear pictures. The one I have uses a rechargeable 6v and I get almost 500 pics per charge. The newer Moultries at Wal-Mart cost $100 and use 4 D batteries. It's a 4.0 Megapixel but I like the Moultrie. It's held up real good in some harsh Western Maryland, Garrett County winters and still holds a charge in some really cold weather.
hammerforged
I've got Leaf River cameras, but I've seen some great pics out of WildView cameras too. Take a look at the pics posted on here and see what type of cameras they are using. You don't have to spend a lot to get great pictures. nemodeerhuntersneighbor
I would go with a stealth cam STC-WD3. I just won one on ebay for $76 brand new. They are a 2006 model but are still the best one stealth cam has made. I have tried stealth cam, moultrie, and cuddebacks. For the money you can't beat that model.
