wtnhunt
You may have a bad card. There are some programs that will recover images and repair errors on cards. If you are not concerned with losing any images, you might try reformatting the card.
coles
there are no images on the card. i just took it out of the package and put it in a couple days ago. and i formatted the card when i put it in the camera. im goin to check it now so i guess ill see if its workin. i really hope so. would be awesome to get some pics of the big boy. he is a perfectly semmetrical 6x6 with about a 20 to 22 inch spread. im thinkin he scores 160-170!!!!!!!!!! Not all cams use the exact same type of connection at the camera end, did the cudde not come with a usb cable?
RangerClay
I hope your problem is not with the Cuddeback. I have heard that their customer service stinks.
Stickslinger
I had a similar problem with my cuddeback last season, I would keep getting a cam error readout. I tried several different cards and still got the same error message, I tried several days to talk to someone at cuddeback but kept getting a busy signal, finally got to talk with someone and they gave me a rma number and I sent the camera back, she told me it would be awhile before the camera would get back to me, it took about 3 weeks and I got the camera back with a new motherboard installed, everything was taken care of,but it took a little longer than I expected for the price that I had paid for the camera. Good luck!!
coles
i called them yesterday and got someone on the line right away. i have a 4GB card and it turns out the biggest one it will take is 2GB. which doesnt make sense cuz it seems like it shouldnt matter how much memory the card has. but i guess ill have to get a new one and then try it out. and i found out that the USB cord for my video camera will fit it. i cant remember if it came with a cord and i have no idea where its at if i do have one.LOL oh well
Flintlock1776
I have Moultrie and found I had that error. Is there a 'delete memory' option on your Cudde? I also set it to factor default and all seems well. Usually the card is not bad, I thought I had that problem but after tewaking the trail cam all the cards are fine. It could alos be the program on your PC that you select to run the video. Good luck
