It's not even close to being over. This trade will take up at least 1/2 of ESPNEWS for the next 2 days. Then, wait until Favre gets to Jets practice. Soon it will be opening day in the NFL with Favre as the QB of the Jets. Think that will get much ESPN air time?

Get ready for another six months of this.

Exactly. This is going to be a season long "story" at least in the minds of the people at ESPN.

If he plays good, you'll see every single pass shown from four different angles over and over. If he plays bad, you'll see every single pass shown from four different angles over and over.

I hope the guy flames.

I can't watch him as a Jet!!!! Not only do I not have cable, but I don't think I could possibly watch the worthless Jets and then look at myself in the mirror every morning. I was hoping to see him go to the Bucs so I could enjoy his games again. This sucks!

I think the Jets have a much better supporting cast then the Bucs do???

Nice young Oline with Faneca there now. Some good running backs, a younger defense with more talent, and a much better secondary. Neither team really has much in the way of receivers which I'm sure Favre is well aware of.

lol, cause the bills are going to show the patriots what an undefeated team looks like...haha... bills may not be great but i wouldnt be suprised to see them get a wild card spot, they have the team for it...

Remember "NOR-WIDE!" and "We Like Reich!":D I have a good friend that is the biggest Bills fan, we were sitting in our local hangout - The Picnic Pub - with all our friends watching those Super Bowls...:D

Sure Sucks!!!!!!!!

Packer Nation is now divided and fans who supported Brett are being accused of not being "true" Packer fans.

It's a mess up here. The best franchise in the business is now no better than the rest....it's a business. I blame both sides equally but a Packer Fan sure has the right to complain about the way management handled/mishandled it......especially since every purchase I make here goes to pay for Lambeau.

The Packer Fence on Lombardi Ave. will probably have the likeness of Ted Thompson hanging/linched from a tree branch above it.

And don't worry, the Jets need more than just No.4!

It's far from over. Like Chrud said, we'll be hearing about the drama queen all season. Then, after the season is over...it'll be back to the "is he going to retire now" crap. Good for the Pack for getting rid of that headache and moving on. Hope he bombs in NY...He is on the cover of Madden 09, so hopefully that "curse" will get him :D:D:D:D

Gotta agree! The worst possible scenario has come to fruition! Favre went to an East Coast team. The East Coast Sports Network is NEVER going to shut up about it!:rolleyes:

Favre in New York? Freaking great. This is going to be worse then/than the T.O drama a couple years ago.

BTW---muggs......."the jets have a great young oline now with Faneca". Do you have any idea how old Faneca is ya DB? You should because he's been pancaking the crap out of your boys D-line for the last 10 years.:D:D
