c_lou
Just what happened to your boy Braylon up there the other day? Did you see that 1 handed grab he had. Man am I glad I have him in my keeper league for a measly $24 salary.
muggs
Nothing too serious, at least that's what they're reporting out of Browns camp. But, when it comes to big name players the Browns tend to make things out to sound fine, then a month later we hear LeCharles Bentley's career is in jepordy. But anyway, that knucklehead was running a race vs. Donte' Stallworth...in his socks...after practice was over. Some how, Stallworth's cleat hit the back of Braylon's heal and opened up a nice gash. He needed stitches. Moral of the story...he was AHEAD of Stallworth who's one of the fastest wideouts in the league, and Braylon is not only much faster apparently but he's also much bigger. He'll be kept out at least the next two preseason games (I wish they'd keep him out the rest of the preseason) but he'll be back for the opener and week 2 against your chump team. cLou- that grab was unreal. btw John- what happened to the punter the Stoolers spent a 4th rounder on? Done for the year. Too bad, you could use him agaist Cribbs Cribbsbow. Gonna have to say special teams is a Brownie advantage now, ey? btw2- How's Casey Hampton's weight problem coming along? Sounds like Shaun Rogers is the most dominant nose tackle in the AFC North now. Advantage Brownies yet again my friend.
buckbuster11
Please, coming at me about a punter missing the season is the best you can do? You better hope Braylon doesn't come down with a staff infection like the rest of your boys up there last year. Must be some funk in that Cleveland water. muggs
Dude, you and I know Sepudvulafalfafda or whatever is a pretty big loss for them. Seriously, I don't know what's up with the staph thing. Strange thing is, they're getting it at the Cleveland Clinic which is one of the most highly regarded hospitals in the world. Just this month some Arabian Prince came here for heart surgery because it's that good. I'm sure they don't want to get this staph out in the media. buckbuster11
Your boys had more staff infections last year then/than the entire rest of the NFL combined. Like I said, most be some funky bacteria going around up there. Not surprising though. And people laugh when I tell them Pittsburgh sewage pipes run north to Cleveland. If that's not proof I don't know what is.
muggs
At least we don't have to towel off after we go outside just to clean off all that soot that's in the air. I'd buy a respirator if I was you- you might get the "black lung" like the rest of those hillbilly PA coal miners.

muggs
I hear coke fallout kills staph. Yup, that must be it. I hear air born bacteria and viruses can't survive that much air pollution.
buckbuster11
Please, there is no more air pollution here then/than you DB's have up there. BTW---your mascot is an elf, think about that for a second.....an elf.
muggs
BTW---your mascot is an elf, think about that for a second.....an elf. your's is a corporate logo...think about that for a second...a corporate logo. I'd rather have a logo that's rich with history, than be a sellout. btw- your oline is terrible.
Tominator
Please, there is no more air pollution here then/than you DB's have up there. That's debatable. At least in central Ohio. BTW---your mascot is an elf, think about that for a second.....an elf. For the last time, he's a Brownie, not an elf. Look at his slippers for crying out loud. muggs
no way Craigy. The Brownie is unreal. Seriously, that things has been around for decades. Like I always say, it's better than some lame, politically correct, obscure logo like a Jaguar, Lion, Falcon...enter your lame animal name here _______________. See what I mean- get on board bud. You know that penguin would whoop that elfs behind without a problem. And it's a much, much cooler logo trust me. You can ramble on about how your elf is so original, but you know at the end of the day a football team with an elf for a logo is embarrassing. Like Kev said, if you are selling soft vanilla wafers sandwiched by a layer of chocolate, or if you are out at the local park counting butterflies with the rest of troop 212 then an elf is a nice little logo.........but for a football team....not so much. muggs
I guess its better than being named after a nut. Does Michigan still have a football program? I can't remember the last time they mattered so I'm just curious. Thanks, Muggsbow.

Were rebuilding, its quite a process. Maybe one day we can be like the suckeyes and choke in the National Championship year after year. But we are to busy losing to non-SEC schools. I know what your gonna say "this is the Buckeyes year"!!!! We hear that every year, so you maybe right one of these years. I doubt it but maybe. Title in 2002, BCS wins in 2003, 2004, 2005, losses in the Title game in 2006, and 2007. Michigan losses to the Bucks the last how many years? Legendary coach canned, hiring the wrong guy, a Wolverine leaving for Ohio State because of the new coach, blue chip QB transfering because new coaches offense is gimmicky and won't work in the Big Ten. Hmmm...I'll take over acheiving and lossing in the Title game every time bud. Keep in mind, THE Buckeyes were picked to finish third in the Big Ten last year. They lost three stud offensive players to the NFL, their QB was a new starter and they had to rely heavily on a sophomore tailback...and they still ran the table. This is their year. That so called "legendary coach" retired, which he should have done a couple years earlier. I didnt like the Rich Rod hire but I'm glad to see something other than Lloyds predictable offense. And as far as the so called "Wolverine" going to ohio, you can have him. From what I hear he didnt like the hard practices. So you can have that quiter. I know that Michigan hasnt been living up to their potential but you and I both know that wont last forever. So live it up and keep choking in the biggest game of the year. Like you said you'll take that everytime.

The kid was a legacy too. I wonder how his dad felt about that.:o Anyway, to me, sounds like the kid wants to actually have a chance to win a Big Ten title and make it to a BCS game every year. I can't blame him. Sounds like a winner to me.
