JDAWG
I recently bought a PSE x-force and I'm having trouble deciding what kind of sight to use for the hunting season. I've always used fixed pins, but this bow shoots so flat that I could use my 20 yd pin out to 40 yds. I have all of my pins so tight that my 20 yd pin looks yellow on top and red on bottom. What would you do? Do you use a single pin sight? What is a good distance to set it? Thanks Joe
EKYhunter
If you're thinking of a single pin sight, there's none better than HHA. Look at the Optimizer XL series with the .019 pin. As far as what distance to set the sight, try different distances such as 25 or 30 and then see how that effects poi at 10, 15, 20, etc. With the bow shooting that fast it likely won't matter. But I would make sure of the poi at close distances, especially if you hunt turkey in the Spring from a blind.
Born4it
If you're shooting the same pin out to 40 yards, I'd definitely use a single pin sight. Sounds like you've got a pretty good suggestion with the HHA! Good luck :-) Ryan
