dfol20
I expect to not spend as many days in the deer woods this season. I will be trading some time for the duck blind. So to not waste too much time in the woods hanging stands and all, I am going standless. It will should be a good time to develop still hunting and stalking skills. Anyone else hunting with their feet on the ground this year?

Flintlock1776
I hunt the ground and the deer get sooooooo close in my Double Bull Archery Blinds (now owned by Primos)
oldreloader
I still hang a few stands but mainly use my Summit Goliath Climber. Then when Duck season gets here I don't have to worry about many stands left out.
Swamphunter
I don't hang nearly as many stands as I did in the past. I used to hang 3 or 4 each season, and now I hang 2 at best. One I use for archery that is no more than a couple hundred yards of the road, and then my late season stand that I hunt only with rifle or ML that is hung in my "honey hole", on my property. fly
Climbers are a major time saver if you don't like setting up and taking down stands. Ground hunting can work great given the right situation. I'd still spend some time brushing in the blind. Never duck hunted before, I hear it's great if you have the right type of hunters to share the pit with. I'm more of a solitary hunter since I don't have a lot of friends around my area who hunt. RangerClay
Most of my hunts are from the ground. I really like my pop-up blind.
