Remington 700 ADL chambered in .308.

I have it topped w/ a Bushnell 3x9x40. I set it up like this 11 years ago when I got it, and I can't bring myself to change it until I have to. It's been a great deer rifle and so many of my memmories have occured while carrying this rifle.

Depends on where I'm hunting but....

I have a browning a-bold gold medallion .270. I use that here in SC

Sometimes I use a Marlin 336cs .30-.30 if I go to WV.

I used to use a Remington 1100 slug gun in NY but they are letting you use a rifle now so I'll use the .30-.30 next trip up there, probably next year. I might still use the shotgun, short shots and it's very accurate.

I have several that i like to use,

1. My wife bought me a .243 NEF single shot for my Bday a couple years ago, very accurate little rifle. 2 shots on deer with it, 1 6 point 25 yard recovery, 1 doe fell on impact.

2. A Remington .270 that has been good.

3. My favorite is my Winchester 7MM. That gun is the best shooting rifle i have ever owned. Knock on my desk but i have always killed the deer that this rifle has aimed at, 50-350 yards.

I'm shooting a 30-06 Savage 116FCS. I've got a 3x9x40 Bushnell Legend mounted on it. Bought it new last year and have taken 1 big bodied Saskatchewan whitetail with it. I'm hoping to take a muley and a whitetail this fall.

By the way my bullet of choice this year is going to be a 150 grain Hornady Interbond. Very accurate round from my gun.
