stevebeilgard
fox news is reporting that alaska's sarah palin is expected to be announced as v.p. in the next few hours. i sure do hope so:). here comes a woman, smart, who wants to drill in anwar, who is young (2 years younger than obama), who will get hillary's backer votes, who will.... well, i could go on & on. i just didn't think mccain was that smart.... we'll see what the next hours bring. and we'll see what kind of a bump mccain gets
wtnhunt
Hearing a lot of buzz on the news on this this morning Steve. Supposedly a chartered plane from Alaska landed near Dayton Ohio. I hope that Palin is his choice, would be a winning ticket.

Gator
From what little I have read about her and understand, she is one heckuva woman, and will be a good choice for McCain, and like has been said, she may be the wild card the republicans needed
wtnhunt
Yes it can-Fox confirms Palin IS the VP pick! muggs
Great move by McCain. This is going to be the catalyst that secures him the White House I think. He just pulled two huge carpets out from underneath the liberals feet. One, the drill now people will love her. The female Clinton backers who supported her only because she is a women could come over to McCain's side. Plus, she's mildly attractive. But, she's the only one with any executive experience. And, she hunts and fishes.
