JJL
My son was fortunate to harvest this 13" antelope. We spent three days sitting in blinds waiting. Due to the weather the antelope weren't watering or moving as usual, so patience was the key. This guy got thirsty and Joseph made him pay with an excellent 20 yard shot. 1st shot at a live animal with a bow, and a P&Y buck to show for it. He's as excited about Bowhunting as he can be. We've got Mule deer and elk season open here right now and we're itching to get out. Thank-You again Mr. Beilgard and Realtree................You have just influenced another young persons life for the better.

ruttinbuc
I am very happy to report that I killed a great antelope this morning. I was on a spot and stalk hunt with Steve B as my guide. Wow, is all I can say about this man and his knowledge of these animals. I have learned more about these handsome animals in 2 days of hunting with him than I ever could otherwise. It has been one fantastic time spending time with all of the Realtree people I have had the pleasure to meet and hunt with. The camaraderie is great as well as the food and fun. Unfortunately, the hunting has been hampered by the unseasonably cold. Pictures selected by Randy Oitker....thanks .....

stevebeilgard
Great to see some pictures! What is happening with Buckee, Kathleen and Luke? the antelope just didn't come in to water today. maybe tomarrow. kathleen & buckee have blinds close by. no big bucks came in, but some does and smaller bucks showed up later on. kathleen shot a doe, but it wasn't the best shot:(. we'll try to find her tomarrow. hopefully, we'll get a few more bucks tomarrow. leo missed a great buck at 13 yards. buck fever... he'll get one tomarrow. Tony and Steve have been nice enough to drive me back and forth all weekend. You guys have a safe trip home. Hope to see some folks score on some goats over the next two days before I head back home to wrestle some hurricanes. S

WHISKEYSWAMP
this has been a great week of hunting and meeting of forumn members... My buddy Jason and I arrived on Tuesday and hunted over a waterhole for the first couple days. Steve decided to move us on Thursday to another field where they feed regularly. Jason took his buck in the morning and I took mine in the evening... for the record, mine was the bigger buck. I will post pics and about my hunt when I get back to Ohio... It took me two stalks but I finally got him. Another buck was killed this morning and I believe another is coming back to Steve's house right now... I'll let Steve post the details. ruttinbuc
There are very few things in my life that I have done that can compare to this experience here in Wyoming. The decision to make this trip has proved far and beyond to be a great one. The people, place, and things involved could not have meshed to make this adventure any better. Leo and Canuck 2 have scored on some very nice buck antelope today in the misery of rain. I was witness to these two very fine hunters putting fantastic shots of over 40 yards on these handsome animals. I will try and post pictures as soon as I can. Iwill be here thru wednesday to help where I can, relax and take some picures. I would very much like to thank Tony and BowtechTurkeyHunter (Steve D) for the great fun in picking out the antelope in this vast land for the past couple of days. Glad you guys made the trip. :D:D A well done also for Jason and Whiskeyswamp (Rodney), who showed that not only are they very good hunters, but sportsmen and gentlemen as well. Couldn't find a better pair of guys. Scott Hughes....what can you say? Here is a man who has it together and works very hard for these boards and Realtree. Everything he does is geared for the people who come to these forums. He deserves a big thank you. Nice meeting everyone and hoping that Buckee and AKsheephuntress will fill their tags. Better Luck, next time Luke...Kind of tough to see you go home without a buck. Not like you didn't try hard enough. Here are some more pics from here....
