I have been out a few times. I have seen some deer the only one that presented a shot so far was a small doe. I was looking for something just a bit bigger. I did have a bunch of turkeys around my stand yesterday and to my surprise I had 6 racoons climbing up my ladder to my stand, it was pretty cool to see but as they got closer and closer I realized I did not have room on the platform of my treestand for all of us :D:D so I had to ask the to leave haha. Going out this weekend and muzzleloader season opens next weekend so I am optimistic that I will see some more deer soon and hopefully have some points soon. Good luck all!!

Went out for the second time yesterday, was running a little late and when I got to the tree I was going to climb there were two does already under it and spooked off blowing. Then they spooked more deer down the ridge from me.I started to not hunt the ridge after this but it was light out and I didnt want to goof up any other spots so I stayed and seen nothing but squierrels.Getting ready to get my sevin days off and the temps are supposed to get down in the upper 50s and lower 60s next weak so mayby I can get some meat then.Good luck to everyone else.

Had an awesome time out last night, saw a total of 6 deer, 1 spike buck and 5 does with fawms mixed in there. Of course the only 2 that came in to range were the spike buck which I passed on and one of the fawns. I may not have shot a deer but I sure was in heaven with all the activity and the sunny cool evening. I am headed back out tonight to a new stand that I put up late this summer to see how that works. I have pretty high hopes for it as there is a planted corn field with standing corn still on it next to where the stand is. Good luck to the rest of you!!

Hey Guys,

Been out the last 2 nights....saw 6 does/fawns the first, then 7 last night, and just a small 7 as the lone buck.

Doe only in Wis today - Sunday....sucks, but I'm on days next week too, so very hopeful as there's been a couple decent bucks around and it's getting cooler.

Good luck :)
