Guest bowhunter56
g5 striker, 100 gr,,,scary sharp, don't have to sharpen them..fly like my field points..
MichiganHunter
I'm a Mechanical man my self Rage 2 blade but i like the solid construction of the G5 Montec, over the othe two. I dont know how stiff the metal on the replacible balde heads are but the ones i used 2 heads ago were rather brittle durring bending and I had them break in the deer, i have never had this happen with any of my mechanicals and i know it wouldn't happen with the G5's.... thats my idea
Tominator
Switched to the Rage 2 blade last year and I'll be sticking with it for a long time I think.
arrow32
Using XP ThunderHeads again this year doing the job great for me. But out of those heads all good ones I'd go with the Montecs they fly pretty good have shot them before.
13littleones
Find a broadhead that will let your arrows fly true...... any broadhead will kill a deer....a good shot placement will kill the deer everytime.....
Jorden
I've heard good things about the G5

GWSmith
Find a broadhead that will let your arrows fly true...... any broadhead will kill a deer....a good shot placement will kill the deer everytime..... Well Said...but I'd like to add that Bow Tuning properly should always be the first attempt. After that you could get any broadhead, unless theres a manufacturer defect in the broadhead itself, to fly true after using a G5-ASD on the arrow shafts. Personally I'm using 3-blade Muzzy's...Severly discounted during last bow season as the local bowshop was selling primarily Montecs and American Broadheads. I picked up 12 of them for $18. One of them has earned retirement already after it's short 14 yard flight:D
Squirrelhunter91
I myself am torn this year with what to shoot. I'll probably have a combination of Rage 2 blades, G5 Strikers and Slick Tricks in my quiver this year. All 3 heads fly the same so the only difference will be the hole the head cuts in the deer LOL
Switchback29A1
Ive shot wasp jak-hammer's the last 2 years but if everybody keeps talking about the g5 strickers flying just like field points...could be a little different look on the business end of those ics 400's.
