Alisha
Randy, trust me..... that is gonna be in the works ASAP. LOL. When I was there in June, Justin and I were over at the land looking for wood to make a fire to roast marshmallows, and while looking, Justin came across a HUGE deer track. It was the biggest I've ever seen. So, there is a big buck there somewhere with MY name on it. Lewis, if you read this, don't be getting any ideas. LOL. Alisha
To give everyone an idea of how much work (and $$) has gone into this, here is a before and after pic of the driveway leading up to where the house is. It's approx. 600ft long. Thanks to everyone who has replied so far. Justin and I are living proof that fairy tales do come true.

nativetexan
Congratulations guys. I will hopefully know how you feel soon enough. We just purchased 2.5 acres in SW Virginia, and are anxious to start planning our retirement (from the military) home. It's all wooded and backs up to even more woods. The only way to get on it is by deer trails. Tracks, rubs, and poop everywhere. My wife was envisioning a house on it, I was more concerned with stand placement. "Focus!" she says to me...
