Well lets see here, I have to balance my regular job, being a dad and husband and working for Realtree. For me its like being in public relations, visit with people from all over ,listen to their stories questions and so on and represent Realtree in a positive manner. Sure I give seminars , question/answer sessions and not always have the answer. Sometimes that word pro gets some people asking whats he or she do different than I do. And most times its nothing. I myself am I guy from western Ny who got lucky enough to get picked by Realtree back in 1996 and worked my way up to where Im at now. Also, spending time on the forum is another duty were asked to do , where as I come in here more because I want to then being asked to. I love vistiting with all you people and hearing/seeing your hunting stories. Ive met some pro staffers over the years for different companies that think that they are a cut above the rest and for me thats a turn off! Im no better than anyone else and I put my pants on the same way you do as well as everyone else LOL!

well I hope that helped some! Feel free to pm me or post again if you have any questions.

You do a very nice job at what you do Tim! I have met a few guys not gonna mention which prostaff there on cuz its not important, but they were all snotty and had there heads all turned up. And there trying to get people to use there products and such ha mmmk. Tim you do a very nice job! IF you ever need a "wing man" haha i know a fella lol. But seriously the realtree prostaff guys are truely nice guys! Im sure its tough trying to be a father, husband, and your regular job besides trying to be at 10 places at once with realtree. Just know theres guys and gals out there that appreciate what you do for the sport of hunting and you dont go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!

LEt be clear what pro staff means ... it is NOT Professional Hunter ... it is however Promotional Hunter meaning not only do these guys have to balance real life but they somehow have make there promoters happy ... lotsa time and energy and money to make all this happen ... sure they get compensated somewhat but you would be mistaken to think these guys make thousands right out of the gate.

Thanks for the hard work and time you put into these forums Tim I know its hard to do, that is for sure.
