Guest Scrape Maker
Have any of you used the no plow or any of the others(throw and grow or Hotspot)?I've got a spot in the middle of a pine plantation that i want to plant. It gets about 5 to 6 hours of sun light. I will be able to clear the spot with a weed eater and break the soil alittle.Which one do yall think is the best.

MUDRUNNER
I planted a plot of Hotspot and mixed in a little Shot Plot brassica about two weeks ago.If I make it up to the farm this weekend I'll take a few pics. It's my first time with it, so hopefully it does well. dogdoc
This is my first year to try it (throw and grow). i have a way back in the woods plot that all I did was mow it really short. Came back a week later and roundup the area and tossed down the throw and grow and some fertilizer. I'll keep you updated on how it does. Getting a very nice rain on it right now. FSU_Seminole
I used it last year. Here is the deal, it says "throw & grow" & it will grow just about anywhere but the seed must make contact with the soil. I plan on using some in a cut corn field this season. I'll spray to kill the weeds, then go back & fertilize & put some seed on the ground right before a good soaking rain.
