I had ordered a few things (again haha) and my order got messed up. I was actually contacted on the forums here and they sent what I was supposed to get out the next day, after I emailed them back free of charge!! Little things go along way in todays world. If you don't have good customer service, you don't have a good business. Often times I will skip the big stores and pay a little more for something I need simply because the local businesses are staffed with much nicer and helpful people.
