...Oooops....

-why are the last pictures so small??

...Oh, I guess it they fixed themselves...

-anyway....

-Thankyou, Andrea.....(just saw your post, too...)-I am really glad you are ok, from all the hurricane weather...everyone at the Wyoming hunt was gathered in front of the big tv at SteveB's house, in the evenings, vigilant and seeking word on the areas of the country affected by the severe weather...thinking and praying for all the RT forum members in potential harm's way....

Welcome home :D

I'm sure you do and we all are excited to hear about your hunts.....but you just keep on posting those great pics and videos until your ready. :D:D:D

....Ok, Toddy....:)...thank you....

-and here are some more....

-including a clip of one of SteveB and Buckee's stalks up this one high butte, and the "Challenge call" being given, with decoy presentation, by Steve B......

-I tell you what...SteveB really knows his stuff.....it was truly impressive to watch....and, as I will add more later...-to be a part of....

Also, I was amazed at Buckee's stamina and determination, through these stalks....- incredible, to think of his serious heart situation, just 6 weeks ago....

-it was an honor to get to share the hunt with Steve Kane -

I gotta ask. Did you sneak up for the follow up shot using the Shadowshield on his "BLINDSIDE"?

LMBO.:D:D

...Oh!...-Hi, William....-I just now saw your post...-yes, it feels really good to be back-

-I have really missed everyone....

-thankyou...

-I have so much more I want to say...just cannot find the words, right now-

-I figured I would just keep posting pictures and video clips, in the meantime....

Post away Kathleen. Been really enjoying all the pics from everyone. Sure you will put more about the experience into words for us when you get time, and look forward to reading that as well.

Wow! What a great story Steve and great pics Kathleen!:cool:

...Hi, Joe!

-and we cut and wrapped the meat in SteveB's garage...and I was honored that Buckee trusted me to cape his buck out, and turn the ears/ split the lips for the taxidermist....

-Thankyou, Steve, for sharing so much of the hunt with me-

-memories to last a lifetime-

(:o...hope I didn't hijack your thread too bad.....gee, I just realized...)

Awesome pics Kathleen!

I'm glad you made it home ok and I look forward to your story when you can... ;):)

...Thanks, Randy....

-out of the seven 14-hr days of hunting with Buckee, (he still was trying to help me get a buck, for 6 hours, after he harvested on the 10th-)...

....seeing the fruition of all his effort that week culminate in his magnificent buck, arched and kneeling down with Exturkinator's arrow plunged deep into the brain, through the eye.....the arrow wraps reflecting the bright sun that had just come out , after waiting and hiding behind rain all week....

-was truly beautiful-

Well done Mr. Kane. It's been said that that particular buck you shot "Always had an eye for the ladies".......................

Holy crap...is that my buck Jim ??? It sure looks like it with the curls.:confused:

I'll tell ya....SteveB had me huffin and puffin on more than a few occasions. You have to take 3 steps to match every one step of this incredible old fart :D

And Kathleen...you can highjack my thread any time you want, my dear :D

He is, isn't he? :D:D:D The first thing I noticed when I met him out elk hunting was, "Man! He's tall!" :D:D:D Steve and Rilda are just two of the best folks in the world today and go out of their way for anyone. Oh and Steve, I still get a giggle each time I watch the bloopers from the airport footage! :D:D:D Glad you all had the priviledge of experiencing the overwhelming generosity of the Beilgards as I did!

Dakota :)
