VtBowhunter
I have a DoubleBull blind and it's one of the best investments I've ever made, but I recently noticed that one of the carbon frame rods is broken. Have any of you dealt with their service dept? I know they say that the blinds are 100% lifetime warrantied so I'll be sending it to them to be fixed, but I'm just curious as to what some others may have had experience wise with thier service dept. Bow Hunter Derek
Re: Double Bull blind? I broke a pole in my first BS-5. It was 1000% my fault. I called them and told them exactly what happened. They sent me a new one that day, no questions asked and at no cost to me. Their service is the absolute best. When you get the new pole, it will be too long. They custom cut every pole for each blind. Since all the blinds are hand sewn, there are slight variations from blind to blind, so the poles are custom lenght. The best thing to do is to take the old pole out and cut the new one with a hack saw to match. If you are in doubt, cut the new one a hair too long, then you can gradually trim it down to fit right. Call them if you have questions when doing it. They will step you through it. It is really no big deal.
VtBowhunter
Re: Double Bull blind? Thanks for the tip, Derek. I got a hold of them and they asked what blind it was and what type of knuckle caps the blind had and that was it......new rod should be here soon, free of charge. You just have to love a company that has such great service.
Bow Hunter Derek
Re: Double Bull blind? D.B. will treat you right. They have a customer for life with me. I'm trying to sell my BS-5 so I can buy one of the new Matrix blinds. D.B. is second to none.
