scott and i have been talking...;). anyone want to do an antelope hunt next september?? dates are sept 12-18, same cost, and more details to follow. let's see who wants another shot at this, and what surprises are in store:o:D. i'll be keeping the funds locked away and we'll disclose more details as all this pans out. everything is flexible, so those who were envious this year, dig into the pockets. i think we'll stop this one at 7 hunters. and we'll see about special guests. anyway, everyone should know what to expect by now....:). the first 7 pm's get to post pictures next year.

I'm going to have to pass on next year. I've got a BIG VELVET MULEY planned for the first part of Sept 09 . Unless of course you get to the end and need to fill a slot, I'll bring my daughter, she'll give Luke a few pointers.

And so the plot thickens, eh????:D Thought that HOYT was just fine?:confused: Now I am REALLY confused!!!!:D;)

BTW, Maybe if you had been shooting a Mathews instead of a hoyt, YOU would have a SLEW of steaks, instead of asking for some:rolleyes:;)

NOPE ,, like I said before my friend ,,, it was all me ( I think some jet lag fatigue could have played a part also ) also using the right pin would have helped on that 30 yrd goat ..:o ... ;);)

Did find out the other day tho that my string was coming apart under the serving by the cam ,, This is a defect with the FUSE String that comes on the 08' Katera model.

I now have new cables and a new string ,, all is good again on the Hoyt front .. ;)

Next year would be too soon for me. This is an event I'd have to save up for. But I'll have fun just watching the forums, and knowing what kind of fun you're all having, come next September. :):):D

This "IS" a hunt of a lifetime guys. There is no doubt about it.

I'll second that .... If you have the funds and the time, don't hesitate ... ;)

sorry, i should have posted what everyone paid last year. last year, i charged everyone 1500.00 for the hunt. the license is 320. for a buck and 26. for extra does. motels and food are not included. but, if my wife is still up to it, we'll do dinners just like last year. this year, we'll have a few surprises hopefully. the money paid for this hunt will not go to me, but it will be held by me for a future project. scott and i are discussing that very thing now. this is about 1/2 price of an average antelope hunt, and i can assure you this hunt will be above average.
