Living in the past will only give you a headache Steve ..:rolleyes:

Boston looks mighty good this preseason ... ;)

Yah know I can see where you would think that with you being a Boston fan and all:D .... but since I am a Redwings fan it doesn't matter how I look wether it be in the past or in the future it all looks good :D

I hope your Bruins give you something too look forward to this year ... :p

Well, the Blues should be decent this season. Were going to the game next Wednsday against the Leafs.

They made a good move to get Chris Mason as Legace's back up in net,so that should help out a lot.On the downside Blues D-man Erik Johnson managed to run over his own leg with a golf cart(I have no idea:confused:) last week and looks like he's out for the season, so our D looks like it will be a little soft.

Here is what I read....

Erik Johnson of the St. Louis Blues, a bona fide star in the making, tore his knee ligaments last week while stepping out of a golf cart. Mercy.

"He was playing golf and he got his leg caught up as he was getting out of the cart. Just like it's happened to you and me, I'm sure. I drive the cart with my left leg hanging out all the time and, with my right leg, I push the brake.

"He did the same thing and his right leg got caught as he was getting out and it wrenched. He slipped and that was it."

Brought my daughter to another game last night.Blues handled the leafs 7-3.I know the pre-season doesn't mean much, but so far I like what i see from the Blues. The playoffs may be a stretch, but they should win their share of games.Tons of young talent from Oshie,Perron, and Stasny, and veterans Boyes and McDonald have gotten off to a great start. We shall see.

The kids wearing the blue and white got a nice reward for hard work last night. It is really nice to see the group of over paid under achieving bums gone! I think this will be a long rebuilding process for the leafs before we can hope to contend, but I will certainly enjoy watching this style of Fast hockey. Hopefully we don't win too many games this year as we need another top five draft pick again this year, in order to seriously rebuild!
