VermontHunter
I would actually say they got it handed to them in the third period LOL 4 unanswered goals? What do you do ,,, wait until the Wings actually win a few and then show up to criticize the Bruins .. The Bruins actually played a great game and were winning 2-1 until about the mid part of the 3rd. when Marleua scored and, and then Thorton had a very lucky one go in off his skate, then the Bruins D went south ... Did you even watch the Bruins game ??? ... Right, Steve Boston SUCKS and the WINGS are the only team worth mentioning out there ... Funny I didn't hear a peep from ya when the Wings went on thier losing streak Jan. 17-31 - spanning the NHL All-Star break ... and just recently started winning again ,, and OH yeah ,, Edmonton does'nt count in my book they barely have a team to play with .. LOL i read every one of these post .... someone is mighty defensive ... Boston is first Sharks then Detroit ... yeah I get it ... and oh btw you heard from me ... their streak started right before the ALL stars and you and I said it was due to injuries and you said Boston had the same thing happen blah blah balh so I guess once again ... check your facts ... jez you need to chill out its just hockey The fact is when any hockey team gets 4 goals scored on them in one period ... something besides luck happened period ... a lucky goal off a scate? IT was a Boston Home game I highly doubt that if it went or they thought it went off his scate they wouldn't have reviewed it? Besides they loste by 3 take the "lucky goal away and they still got beat by 2 and 3 goals in a period unanswered ... you had one player score 2 goals in the first period ... where was the rest of the team? I never mentioned the Wings in the post above just that Boston got thumped ... and check your stinking facts again ... last I check out of the 300+ post in here you had over 160 of them. Heavy Metal
WOW !! what a game ... Bruins lose 5-2 ,,, but it sure was a game to watch ... I wouldn't say they got it handed to them. Three of the Sharks goals were extremely fortunate bounces. I tell you what though, Kessel (sp?) is a TERROR every time he gets the puck! He's explosive! I thought Thomas was awesome in the first two periods. Nabby looked real good too. Great game...definitely felt like two of the best teams playing for sure. Not, defensive,, just tired of your one sided dribble about your mighty Wings and hearing from you when they finally win and the Bruins lose thats all ... And about those 160 posts you claim I have, all of them are good and bad about my favorite team ,, and it shows who has more interest in the game ,, not buy someone who wants to show up here and there just to get something going when his team actually starts to do something .. This particular game was no where near what the score indicates .. If you don't like my posts ,,, don't read them .. Now there's some FACTS ... :D;) Man, you've been testy these past few month .. If anyone wants that cup ,, I really think they are going to have a real hard time taking it from the Sharks ... Sheesh, that hurt .. Nabby, is one heck of a goaltender .. Who do you think the sleepers are in the East and West? In the West...the Flames and Stars scare the heck out of me, we never play well against them. Obviously Detroit and San Jose will be near the top. I really love watching Pitt too. I think if they can just make the playoffs...they're dangerous. Heavy Metal
My favorite sharks line up - all time Would have to be: Igor Larionov Sergei Makarov Johan Garpenlov and Sandis Ozalinsh. and Mike Vernon in Goal.....boy that was a great team right there! Course...any team that knocks the regular season record setting Redwiings out of the playoffs in the first round is a great team in my book! For the Bruins my favorite would obviously be: Neely Tochet Oates Bourque
VermontHunter
Sleepers ... Hhmm .. From the west .. never count out the Wings, and Vancouver looks good also .. From the east .. Washinton and Philadelphia ,, and New Jersey .. Unless something seriously goe's wrong with Boston and San Jose ( KNOCKING ON WOOD ) ,, these are my picks .. I think your attitude shows just how I have rebutted your facts .. I just don't think you expected the B's to be doing so well, but OH well, it is what it is. Take a good long hard look at your statement I highlighted in bold for ya ... If you get to say when the Wings do good ,,, I get to say when the Bruins do good ,, even if it's play by play .. Seems you are the only one with a issue with it .. I told everyone I was going to ride this winning streak as long as I could ... So what's the suprise ?? .. Sounds as if tho you have some forum issues you want to take out on me .. some chill pills may be in order ... :(

VermontHunter
I really don't think it will matter Luke :rolleyes: I just don't understand how a team like the Habs has faltered so quickly .. They should be right there at the top this season .. The Bruins have the Devils tomarrow night, the B's had better bring their "A" game for this bout .. VermontHunter
I just don't get it lately I guess ,, Boston is playing very well but just can't seem to get the puck in the net .... Detroit and San Jose seem to be having the same problem as the B's as of late ... All three of the top teams seem to be in a stalemate in the winning department .. Habs, won ,,, now Lewis we know that has to be a misprint in the score ticker ..
