GWSmith
The ratio of ingredients to make the sauce... 8 cups Brown Sugar 5 cups Ketchup 1 cup Chili Powder 1/2 cup Minced Garlic 1/2 cup Butter Flavoured Pancake Syrup Add everything into one bowl and wisk thoroughly until well blended. You can make smaller amounts just keep the ratio of ingredients the same. It's a simple BBQ sauce that's quick and easy to make with surprisingly good taste. You mean bathtub right? That's almost a half gallon.

GWSmith
GW has some BIG BOWLS! LOL!!!! LOL..those are "Stock Pots"..but dont tell the Wife:D I used to make 25 gallons of this sauce at a time using a Burr Mixer in the restaurant kitchen. At home I ussually make half of the amount in that recipe above so that ratio is: 4 cups Brown Sugar 2-1/2 cups Ketchup 1/2 cup Chili Powder 1/4 cup Minced Garlic 1/4 cup Butter Flavoured Pancake Syrup The last 2 ingredients can actually be switched to anything you like. It could be a full 1/2 cup of Minced Garlic, or 1/4cup of Minced Garlic and 1/4cup of Hot Sauce, or whatever you want to try in the recipe. Simply remember and keep the ratio of the first 3 ingredients and experiment with the fourth and fifth.
