Maybe check it out and get some further info. That's how MW started. Might not get on with Realtree, but there seems to be hundreds of companies now that have some sort of pro-staff...Just stay away from the Port o' John Pro Staff. Either way, from what I can see, not only do you have to be a good hunter, but marketable in general and by golly people have to like ya. That's just t.v. If you can get the 4 wheeler that the mods on these forums get when they magically become a mod started you can be a Realtree pro staffer ... If that isn't it I have no idea.
