backwoods07
I just started using Lumenok's this year. They're activated by the force of the string on release, and to turn them off you just wiggle the nock. Really helps seeing the flight of the arrow. Not too sure on battery life though. Make sure u know your arrow's diameter before you buy the nock! I learned the hard way
need2hunt
I've shot the Burt Coyote Luminoks and the Easton Tracers. My opinion is to go with the Tracers, they are turned on and off with a magnet and seem to be much more reliable than the Luminok.
turningcustomcalls
The ones I have seen the battery life last between 70-90 hours. Depends on what brand you purchase.
hyperflow
i bought some luminoks for this year, shot them on targets seam to work great. I havn;t had any problems with them yet. Only problem i had to clean the top of the arrow a bit better so it would ground better. But thats my fault (not reading the instructions) who needs thos
Guest Jerrid101
lazer eye carbon express came out with the lazer eye, and it is activated with a plunger. no wires no magnets, and they work really good. if you dont go with these the tracers are the next best. doubleA
I have been using the Burt Coyote luninocks for the past several years and while they are ok, I have had a couple that have turned off when impacting heavy bones such as a hog. I actually robinhooded one last year and it wasnt that happy losing $10 just for the nock. Just last week I picked up a package of Eastons. At first when opening and reading directions I was skeptical about the magnets but I have shot the heck out of these and havent had a hic up. I really like the flashing feature of it also. I took a nice buck and numerous small critters with the tracers this past weekend and they worked great. I would give them a thumbs up! Wisconsinboy
i also have the tracers and there awesome. i would have lost two arrows if it wasnt for the lighted nocks. i have never had a problem with the light not turning on.
