MichiganHunter
I am thinking buck, i think that the doe's start hitting it once the rut starts...but i might not go on just my guess.... see what everyone else says
wtnhunt
Used to use tinks dominant buck urine years ago, have not seen the stuff in several years though. Use active scrape here now and it works pretty well. Do not think it is too early to use mock scrapes.
Tink
Tinks # 69 worke better than Tinks buck Urine IMHO Tinks Dom Buck urine is still around We have some hot new products Like tinks Power S Scrape Starter which is synthetic Buck urine that doesn't smell but as you add to it bu ck find and work it Whitetail bucks are running with does and the start of the rut is taking place I use Tinks# 69 Doe in Rut buck Lure over buck urine I have killed a number of 8 points coming to Tinks # 69 on the Old Opening day of Maryland's Bow Season opener Sept 15th. Any time a buck deer produces live sperm, and whenever a bucks testes drops they are ready to mate & breed. When antler are hard they can breed Tinks # 69 Doe In Rut Buck Lure works very well before the rut as there are fewer does to breed, and even buck fawn in velvet are attracted to Tinks # 69 Doe in Rut buck Lure Thanks Tink Nathan founder= Tinks

I was out today and used that Tink's mock scrape stuff. Doe took a sniff and jumped backwards a few feet. They all seemed skittish around that spot. Maybe wait a few more weeks

Guest ArcheryFool
I start my scrapes about a week prior to season starting, so that would be this coming weekend. I generally have good luck with buck urine along with doe urine in early season. As the season moves along I switch to doe in heat, and dominant buck. Of course if I notice bucks chasing doe on day one, you can bet on day two I will have a scent trail going in to my stand site with doe in heat.
