Ameristep Intimidator

I have this blind in APG, looks great! Although, I never took a pic of this in the woods, none that . I had this blind tucked in the Rhododendron on top of a mountain last year for the second archery season, blended in well. It also has many loops for brushing it in. This is about as close to a double bull without the big price tag.

Thanks John. I thought it was you that had one. I found a place online with the APG ones for $189.99 and free shipping.. I think I will be ordering it tomorrow. It was a toss up between those two patterns, and I really wanted the APG so I could use it during spring turkey season as well and deer season. Thanks again. I can't wait :D

Well, I got one, but I went with a different pattern. I found one at The local sporting good store for $160 in the Realtree Hardwoods HD pattern . So, I went with that one:). Just got home and set it up in the garage, man this thing is sweet, a ton more room than my old doghouse blind. I think it'll blend in better than the APG would have up north in the U.P. where we gun hunt every year, and I figure I can just tuck some branches and stuff in the loops during the spring if/when I use it for turkey hunting.

Here is the link to the one I found in APG for $189.99 if anyone else is interested in a great blind!

Well, I ended up taking that one back. When I bought it they said it was on "clearance" turns out one of the poles had broken where it connects to the hub. I ended up picking up the AP pattern instead. I bought the Michael Waddell series intimidatoor from Gander Mountain. I still made out pretty cheap, my dad went in on it with me because he plans on using it during our muzzleloader season.

Thanks for the Link!

I'm still looking for a Ground Blind with a bigger footprint and the 360degree view though. The one I have is 60"square(5ft) and it's just not big enough for the Wife and I.

While searching around on the net trying to help you find something you wanted I have found one.

Now I'm just waiting for VermontHunter to sell that TenPoint CrossBow Scope and buy the one I have already;):D

Someone buy that darn scope and help a brother out:D:D:D

Was searching around of course, I stumbled arcoss Natchez' site with a GREAT deal on this blind in Realtree AP. $179.86, then you get the $50 rebate from Ameristep. Thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is looking for a blind.

BTW, When I got mine, I got the Michael Waddell series blind from Gander Mountain (has his signature embroidered on it :D) and they didn't include the DVD that was supposed to come with it and, I'm not sure if this "special" model was supposed to come with the bow hanger or not (hangs from the roof to hold your bow) but I e-mailed AMeristep about not getting these and the next day they replied and said they would send the right out. They were in the mailbox the very next day :D:D Great service.

Yeah I broke my bow hanger, called them and asked why they were made of plastic. They sent me two of them right away! I was impressed. But I altered them to tie it around the poles. Just made the one end a loop, that way you just have too loop it around the pole and go through the loop end. Works good!
