I been having a dull ache in my manhood and lower abdominal pain. I fought through it for a week but after trying to work today it got worse. So I am going to get looked at...I have no idea what it could be but I just hope its not testicular cancer! I would be extremely surprised if it was cancer. Cancer usually doesn't hurt in the first stages. I've had it 5 times and have never felt any of them. The other thing that comes to mind would be a hernia. With the work you're in, that's a definite possibility. Either way, you have some prayers coming your way Kyle. Hang in there. elkoholic Posted October 13, 2008 Report Share Posted October 13, 2008 My bet would be a hernia. Kidney stones would normally be felt more in the back and be a lot more than a dull ache. A UTI normally results in burning upon urination. Any of the above are easily treated, although a hernia operation might crimp your lifestyle for a while. We are all pulling for you. We are studying GU in nursing right now, so my bet will be a stone, or infection...maybe a hernia....something with prostate even, but if you have had stones before, that seems more likely. Hope to heck it's not cancer, I've had hernias before and it sucks for a few days after, but definitely better than having to deal with cancer. Hopefully it's nothing major.
