Snipe
The NFL has suspended Cowboys CB Adam Jones indefinitely without pay as a result of his most recent violation of the NFL Personal Conduct Policy. And they thought he would be a good boy....

muggs
Now, the question is how long will it take T.O. to implode because he's got a 40 year old QB who can't get him the ball, and Roy Williams taking away half of his throws. Oh, and I guess we can add how long it will take Tank Johnson to get pulled over with an unregistered firearm to that list while we're at it. Jerry Jones is a tool. The only bigger joke of an owner is Al Davis and his firing of 7 coaches in 5 years or whatever it is.
BowtechTurkeyHunter
Ill tell you the joke the suspension came from and event that happened away from football no drugs he got in a brawl with is own bodyguard ... thats the joke. If this was anyone else you would all every single one of you would be whining how unjustified it is ... Jones is a tool for sure but he can sure get the players and oh yeah hes very successfull ... I mean yeah look at your success I mean with all the football teams you own and all. Yep your right he's tool. Steve
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
All of his incidents came "outside" of football. Does that mean they should all be forgotten?? Bottom line is he was reinstated by the commish with a promise that he would not get into any trouble, or have any more incidents...ZERO TOLERANCE. The guy is a thug and should be kicked out of football for good, all he does is get in trouble. Now, not even half way through the season, this happens? It may not seem like a big deal, but when you are already on thin ice you need to stay away from these situations. And your right, it probably would be unjustified if it were someone else, but I don't think there is anyone in the league with a wrap sheet as long as that moron has. craig mack
I'm not sticking up for Pac Man, because I think he is an idiot, but if the NFL allows Leonard Little to play in the league I dont see why Jones cant. Little killed a woman while driving drunk and then was dumb enough to get another DUI a few years ago. Most of the incidents that Pac Man was involved in didnt even result in an arrest. Steve So if Pacman goes out and murders 3 guys in a club he shouldn't be punished either? I mean it would have happened off the football field right? The guy is a DB and should be thrown out of the league. That's the 13th time since he entered the NFL he was involved with some incident in which the police had to be involved. If I was Goddell I would have thrown him out of the league last year.

ND FOR THE RECORD I DONT MEAN HIS EXAMPLE IS GOOD FOR FOOTBALL JUST ALL THE PUBLICITY HES GETTING THEM. PPL love bad news they eat it up just like all you haters lol perfect example. muggs
Bowtech- he was drunk, as per the terms of his reinstatement, he was supposed to avoid alcohol. He was reinstated 6 weeks ago, had 24/7 security (a babysitter really) set up by the Cowboys to prevent him from getting in trouble...and he still couldn't handle himself. If you can't go without an incident after a month and a half while you're being watched every waking moment of your life- there's bigger issues here. If it wasn't for greedy toolboxes like ya boy Jerry Jones, ya boy Pacman would be mugging and stealing on whatever street West Virginia U pulled him off of. He should wake up every morning and realize he's getting paid millions to play a game. Instead, he "being rebellion" all the time, leaving an innocent man paralyzed in the wake of his "makin' it rain." My bet is the security/babysitter was probably trying to prevent him from doing something that would violate his reinstatement and Pacman wigged out on him. I just can't believe you're supporting the guy, come on man. I get that you're a 'Boys fan, but it's not like he was doing anything for your team on the field anyway. The guy should, be all rights, be in prison right now. But because of his wealth and his name, he continues to get opportunity after opportunity and he keeps blowing it. That's the only unjust thing about this whole situation my friend. Now- Is there anything else I can set you straight on?

Do you seriously think they need guys like Pacman for publicity.....lol....are you serious? You are the biggest homer I have seen in a long time if you think that. They could ban him from the NFL tomorrow and 2 weeks from now everybody would have forgotten him. NFL is the lead story every single day on ESPN during the season, regardless of Pacman, and it will be when he's gone too.

Listen ... the players make the NFL and if you dont think that you are the homer so unless you have something usefull to put in here or something that makes sense . Guaranteed he wont go away 2 sweeks from now cause that will be about the time they concider him returning guaranteed. You know darn good and well if this was a precious Stealer you would be all over this your such a one sided person and impossible to have any reasonable discussion with welcome to my ignore list i can't handle your ignorance any longer. And you are wrong about the NFL being the most polular sport for miles and miles ... the most popular sporting event hands down in the US right now is Nascarr and has been for years ... debate that . Steve I read everything Steve. I only read one thread with anyone calling someone here a "tool" or a "fool" or telling them to "STHU". It was uncalled for, PERIOD. If him calling you a "homer"(seriously:rolleyes:) hurt your feelings that bad, pm a mod. Now, I'm done with this, not worth arguing or debating any of this with you, just wasting my time. Steve Wow, yeah that was warranted. Mike Vick went to jail and he was 10 times the star Pacman Jones ever will be. Guess what, the NFL is doing just fine without him. Like I said, the NFL doesn't need Pacman Jones to survive. Anyway, I'm more than a little concerned as to why you are going to stoop to the level of calling me all kinds of names, swearing, and putting me on your ignore list, all over a thug who can't stay off the police radar for more than 3 months at a time. Since you obviously care for him very much, maybe you can write him some letters when he finally gets thrown in prison. And trust me, if Pacman was a Steeler I would have called for his head 2 years ago...just like I called for punishment on James Harrison and Cedric Wilson when they got into some trouble with domestic violence this summer. MCH
Just in case anyone is wondering, NASCAR actually comes in second to the NFL in the "most popular sport" category. NASCAR draws the most "live" attendees, but thanks to TV, NFL draws the most fans.
