Leo Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 Gus, That's an excellent mount on a truly outstanding Blackbuck! I'd love to know what he finally scored. That one is way way better than average! Since I've now hunted both, my observation based on the places I've hunted them is they act very similar to Pronghorn antelope. I still personally haven't successfully taken a Blackbuck with a bow. I will continue to try. They have excellent vision and can be just as wary as pronghorn. Yes there are gimme places to hunt them but there are also places that are darn hard. Sometimes the very biggest Blackbuck in the area isn't black like yours is.
