rookieee Posted October 16, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 new farm no im letting it settle down after 2 weeks of heavy equip on the property clearing some of the land for the trailer and winter food plots plus i want to place several cams to see what we have on it i know theres plenty of turkeys but dont have a clue about type of deer ,thats why im hunting with LEN at Samsons Ridge this year,hopefully by next season it can produce some quality deers. I do alot of fishing on the Ohio River down the road from Samson Ridge at Galconda and drive past it on a regular basis. They have some ablsolute brutes at that place. If it warms up during your hunt don't be scared to get some chicken liver and a fishing pole. Some of the best tasting cats around in that area.
