ChasinTail
I have only used my muzzlelaoder a handfull of times. I have a rather inexpensive Traditions inline and have only used powder in the past. I just purchased the pellets in 50 gr increments. I plan on using two of them @ 100 gr. I noticed on the breech plug, facing the muzzle end of the gun, there is an indention or "cup" where the powder surely settles down into. Now that I will be using pellets, there will be a gap in that spot where the powder would have filled. Do I need a different plug or is this gap fine? Like I said, I am new to this so if I need to explain differently or am using wrong "lingo", please let me know!
jdickey
You're OK with that breech plug....no problem. And that "inexpensive Traditions" will kill 'em just as dead as those high dollar guns will!
