AJ
Re: What\'s these worth? The .375 Holland and Holland Magnum was the Classic for 1996. That is a great price for the .375 H&H Classic if it is NIB. The book says its $610. There has never been a .458 Win Mag 700 Classic. They did make a 700 Safari that had a classic stock. They were available in both of the calibers you mentioned. They were custom shop guns. The book says NIB they are $1015 each. If you don't want one, let me know. AJ
Re: What\'s these worth? The box's endflap label should say Remington Model 700 Safari or 700 Classic if its the original box. The Classic is just the stock design (no monte carlo), but it has a cheekpiece. The .458 was never a Classic gun but it was a Safari gun. The gun may have a barrel band for the forward sling swivel mount. I don't know if the gun will have Safari on the action or barrel. The stock should be glass bedded. The latest Safari guns have Kevlar stocks.

AJ
Re: What\'s these worth? Either way, you got a good deal on a NIB .375 H&H. I think I will pass on the 458. While it is on my list to get someday, I will have to pass right now. Thanks for the offer though.
