Usually save the does and young ones for the good cuts, etc...and the bucks, if their decent size, we will do some steaks but do alot of burger from them and I'm guessing we'll make some jerky again this year, maybe sausage. Tink, I'm using Nap Thunderhead 100 grains broadheads....blades dull quick if they go into the ground but otherwise they really do the job...only broadheads I've used.
