dogdoc Posted March 21, 2004 Report Share Posted March 21, 2004 My daughter and I went out to my 80 acres to do a little Turkey scouting and look for deer antlers. Not expecting to find anything--we were walking the plot and I happened to see this little shed right in the middle of my Hamann Farms food plot. I called my daughter, Mollyann, who is 3 over and told her to look really hard for deer antlers. She found it right away. It has been 4 hours and she still hasn't put it down. She was as excited as she was on Christmas morning. Then as we were sitting in the plot admiring her find a group of about 10 turkeys walked out of the trees right in front of us. Spending time with the kids and getting them interested at an early age is what it's all about.
