Hey all, I just wanted to let you all know that I'm still around. I am home sick today, but that is ok as it is rainy and cold and we cant combine anyway. Still have alot of corn and beans to get out of the fields.

April and I are doing well, and are tring again to have a baby. The twins were laid to rest in Stromsburg Nebraska together. We had a small graveside service with mostly family. Boy I sure hope I never have to do that again:( Other than that, not much else going on, just looking forward to phesant season to open this weekend:D I hope all is good around here and I will try and get on alittle more often.

Adios for now,

Ryan

nice pic man, We have so many long tails around here it is unreal!! I cant wait..

Man...you just dont know how much fun I had chasing them around when I was a kid!

That was the first hunting experience I ever had. My Father gave me my hunters safety training in the fields of Pennsylvania. I was the pack mule!!!...I got to carry all the birds they shot and they were good shots too! Walking with the tails sticking out of my jacket...tickling my arms...those were Great Times!!!!

I got to carry an old daisy bb-gun without any bb's. I had to act like it was a real shotgun...Got slapped in the back of the head if I turned into the line when a bird went up and over us too:o

Never thought growing up I would end up as a deer hunter...always thought it would be Upland Birds for me:cool:

I'm Ryan too, and I was a Western Illinois Leatherneck, so we must be related! Sorry to hear about your loss...good to hear that you're maintaining a positive outlook. Thoughts and prayers are going out to you and your wife. Have a ball shooting all those long tails you mentioned!

Take care, and God bless,

Ryan
