whitetailhunter32210
Kentuckys 2 day muzzleloader season was this last weekend. I had to work saturday morning but i was able to go that afternoon. I got in the stand about 3 and wasn't seeing anything. Right before dark a little doe came out and came into about 60 yards. I was trying to decided whether i should shoot or not. My mine flip flopped about 5 times but then i decided to take the shot because i needed some good tender meat in the freezer. I let the dog bark and hit the doe well in the front shoulder. she ran about 20 yards and that was as far as she made it. My first deer of the season isn't a bruiser buck but she will surley taste good. There's nothing better than deer steaks from a younger deer.
