Guest bowhunter56
What are your feelings when you need say a bow string and cables and go to a store like BassPro, and they do not stock or have them?
Guest buckmaster99
Re: Archery question, need opinions! I guess if wewr me I would go to the pro shop and get it done right.
magnatecsteve
Re: Archery question, need opinions! Yeah, thats a job more suited for a pro-shop. You don't want a rookie re-stringing your bow. Plus, with as many bows out on the market with varying string/harness designs and sizes, a retail shop probably isn't going to have a string for every make of bow and various draw lengths etc.... Guest antlers21
Re: Archery question, need opinions! I have asked various questions in places such as bass pro or cabelas and ussually there is someone knowledgable but there is always the guy that thinks he knows what he is dong but really doesn't and that is scarry. I try to stay away from them places with my bow and leave it to the pro shop.
JimT
Re: Archery question, need opinions! Pro shop is where I go for that stuff. No Cabelas or Bass Pro here anyways.
MadHuntinPastor
Re: Archery question, need opinions! Pro Shop all the way! Mine is pretty cool and I like to keep them in business. I always try to support them.
puffy
Re: Archery question, need opinions! Find a qualified shop with knowledgable staff and stick with it. I don't have Bass Pro or Cabelas anywhere close to where I live, so it's not an option to go anywhere but to the local shop. Smaller shops tend to be more personable with customers and will try their best to set you up with what your looking for.
