As we walked up on it we seen that the antlers were cut off! :mad: It looked like the buck was there for only a day or two. It was hardly picked at. Heard the yotes howling up behind my neighbors barn Saturday evening after we got back from checking in my daughters doe. Heard a couple shots just off our property yesterday evening right at dark. SpcNape Posted October 28, 2008 Report Share Posted October 28, 2008 Was fixing fence saturday and watched a truck with two men in camo drive by, we were going to another area to check cows and saw the truck parked by our land a little ways up the road. I took off toward them and they hopped back into thier truck and sped away, I was hoping to get a license plate but no luck. Makes me so mad. Some people have NO respect for anyone else, but most importantly for the animals they kill. There is no harvesting an illegal shot deer. It's killing plain and simple!! HUNTINGMAN Posted October 28, 2008 Report Share Posted October 28, 2008 My neices husband got cought poaching a turkey back in the spring,he cant hunt here in KY for three years and spent just a weak in jail.I think he should have gotten at least a year out of it.No worries about him around her anymore,he has to hunt out of state now and is hunting in adams county ohio.Hope he isnt poaching up there but if he is I hope he gets caught and goes away for a long time.
