Biden Interview

I apologize if something like this has been posted... Did anyone see the interview by the Florida news channel where Biden took offense to the anchor was asking since Obama is trying to spread the wealth doesn't that make him a Marxist. Then the Obama campaign cancelled the interview of Bidens wife. I wonder why that was, hard questions being asked possibly? This is the first time that I have seen any media station question the campaign.

I read it. For them to cancel it proves a point. There are many people out there that believe these are the intentions of the current democratic party. If they can't answer hard questions, then they are in no position to make hard decisions.

This is also a prime example of the accusatory remarks that were made. Punishing a station for asking a valid question that concerns the people? Really....I could name a few other countries that do the same thing...

the birth certificate thing is the biggest cover up scam we have today. obama simply refuses to produce it, and with good reason.

as for the interview, they simply cannot and will not answer any tough questions. she was right to ask him, but he simply could not answer. the truth would hurt obama's campaign too much. the dems will now stick with a news program that only asks the "right" questions.

Don't you think FOX would be hitting this issue if it were legitimate? Then again, maybe they think it's way to crazy to be true so they're not checking into it.

As far as the interview, no, I didn't see it, nor heard about it, but I am not surprised at their reaction. I bet McCain won't be on the view any time soon.

As far as Obama's citizenship. If he were not a citizen, the FEC would have already ruled him out. Regardless of where he was born, his mother was a natural born American citizen, which makes him one also.

John McCain wasn't born in America either, he was born in the Panama Canal zone, but both his parents are citizens, which makes him one also.

Have not seen it either. Without having seen it though I have to think the view is a hostile environment for McCain, he knew it going in and still went on.

Think the question Marc was after Obama was adopted and moved to Indonesia where he was able to go to school. From what I am to understand, some countries will not allow for dual citizenship, and for Obama/"Barry Santoros(sp)" to go to school their they had to forfeit his other citizenship which would have stripped his US citizenship, I am not a lawyer and do not know all the details of how exactly that all works out, but there is without any doubt some question there. Sure would be easy for him to put this to bed if he simply complied, but he has not, which does in my opinion seem pretty odd. True or not, who knows other than Obama and his family and those immediately around them.

The FEC is currently powerless to do anything because they don't have a quorum of members. Why? Because the Democratically controlled Congress has blocked Bush's nominees!

And that's another reason that Obama feels unthreatened about raising millions from foreigners. He knows that he won't get into any trouble now, and after he wins (if he wins) Congress will gladly approve whoever he appoints to the FEC.

As I understand it - America is the only country (or only one of a very few) where, if you're born here you're an American citizen. Children born to American parents in other countries do not automatically obtain citizenship in that country. One of my daughters was born in Germany and is not German or have dual citizenship.

If Obama was born in Kenya - even if to an American mother, as alleged in the lawsuit, then he's not American - but Kenyan. If he was born in Hawaii but his step-father claimed him as his own in Indonesia so he could go to school - then, when he came back to America, he would have to had applied to become a naturalized citizen - ineligible to be President.

No matter which, bottom line - he's not qualified to be President. But, like high school, it'll boil down to popularity and not qualifications.
