Problem with my Lone Wolf Hand Climber

I have been searching for three days and can't seem to find anyone else who has had problems with the Lone Wolf Hand Climber. Right now I absolutely hate this stand...I want to love it, but hate it right now. I have API and Summit climbers and have had no problems with them.

Bought the LW and I am not ashamed to say I am having a heck of a time climbing up the tree with it and an even harder time climbing down! What am I doing wrong? The other climbers I am up and down inside of 2 minutes...the LW, lets just say it is well into double digits time wise to climb up or down. I have watched the LW video a dozen times. I think I am used to the handles on the other climbers as leverage.

Anyone that has the LW Hand Climber who has any suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise, I have a LW Hand Climber for sale! Thanks,

Dave

The hand climber does take a bit of getting used to. You need to hold your hands to the back of the seat and use your forearms against the seat for leverage. Your feet need to be out through the sides and not under the bar.

An easier fix would be to go to the Lone Wolf website and order the strap for the hand climber. This makes it a sit and climb.
