Orion_70
I'll generally start a drag rag wherever I think a deer might cut my trail. I douse the cotton gauze in tinks, tie it to my boot and walk past my stand some and hang it up. I've had them follow it in all the way nose to the ground

I usually drag a scent wick that's attached to my Summit. I start it as soon as I leave the truck. I don't know. Long enough to hunt. toddyboman
I have one of these... I soak it with Tinks. I usually do it as soon as I start walking to my stand
beagleboy
I usually put some drops on the rag and walk the trails. Every 75yrds or so I keep adding a few more drops to the rag and everytime I make a left or a right I add a few more drops so the scent is strong at each turn and I drag it about 15 yds in front of my stand and hang it in the tree about 5ft off the ground.
