We've had one get to together in TN and had good turn out. Then had another planned in GA that Scott put together. Every one was all for it, until it came time to actually sign your name. There were 3 of us from the forums that showed up, and we had some travel time. We had fun, but it seems like everyone wants to do a get to together until it actually happens. I personally went to two get to togethers and traveled over 10 hours to get there. I can't see me traveling that far again if no one is going to show. The thing that is best for the place I set at Wilderness in TN, was it has several highways and a major interstate running through it.. Most of the folks wanted a place to hunt and hunting at Wilderness requires NO LICENSES!! NOT EVEN NON-RESIDENT!!!! That was what the best thing was, plust there was enough bunks to hold about 60 folks and have all the meals there, beds and lodging plus you got to hunt hogd, Fallow Deer, Sitka, sheep, goats, Elk, Buffalo, Black Buck (hard to hunt)..You just about name it...there are now 3 ranches there..One is 1400 acres, 1100 acres and 300 acres... It is a blast... If you all want a place just to gather, that is one thing. I am just considering out-of-state folks who want to hunt. I am for where ever I can get to..
