KANSAN
Hey everyone, I was lucky enough to harvest this buck on Monday, October 27th 2008 on a quick after-work hunt. I saw this deer for the first time during October, 2003 as a yearling. I saw him again at age 2, and then found one of his sheds at age 3. He disappeared for a couple years, and then showed up Monday night on his favorite trail. He came out of nowhere, I couldn't believe he walked out. The 6-year old bruiser offered me a great 18-yard shot and I made good on it. I'm really happy to have my tag around this deer, after all the history we've shared together. There's no trick photography with his size, he's the biggest bodied deer I've ever shot.
