Team Realtree
I just got word that one of our own Nick Beacham, a moderator here in the forums past away last Wednesday at the age of 22. http://obit.smithfamilyfuneralhomes.com/obitdisplay.html?id=598747&listing=Current This is awful news. Nick had been with us for a long time and in a way grew up in these forums. He will be missed. Please keep his family in your prayers. The address I have for Nick is: Nick Beacham 340 Elizabeth Drive Owosso, MI 48867 Not sure if this was his personal residence, or if he lived with his parents. If anyone knows, please email me. I encourage everyone from the forums to at least send a card and let his family know what he meant to a lot of folks in here. Thanks, S
wtnhunt
Pretty well shocked with hearing this news. Incredibly sad to hear. Think we could/should get together and send some flowers as a group. Thoughts and prayers on the way for Nick's family and friends.
WHISKEYSWAMP
that is very sad to hear... prayers on the way for Nick's family.
texastrophies
This is so sad. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. According to the obit, the funeral services were yesterday. I like the idea of sending cards. If we would have known about it earlier, the flowers would have been good to send for the service.
Team Realtree
I agree. I wish I would have known sooner. I think an outpouring of cards and prayers would be a great way (in numbers) of showing how many friends Nick had. S
AdvantageTimberLou
Prayers being sent to Nick's family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Nick, he was rather new to our plant and when I seen him it was just a short hello. Man do I wish I could go back in time now. Another guy here went to the service and said it was very tough as you could expect. We are all in shock right now over this. I just found out the news this morning myself as I was off from work on Friday or I would have sent this information sooner. I was in disbelief this morning when someone told me about it. Most here didn't know him as the complex is quite large but he was a very good worker and well liked by his co-workers. Very sad news indeed. Nick is now in Heaven hunting all the animals he wants and watching Nascar from the best seat ever. But he was way to young to leave this place as a void has been left indeed. AdvantageTimberLou
Another idea is to sign the guest book on the web link of the funeral home. That is what I did, sign the guest book via the funeral home link. By reading some of the ones left on their already, Nick had a lot of caring friends and family.
