lil hunter
Where do I even start? Like some of you other younger guys, I talked to nick it seemed like every night either in the chat, on AIM, or both. Everything he did he loved. He would defend his opinion of everything from beer, to trucks, to girls, to guns, to Nascar and whatever else. I always gave him heck for missing a deer at 9 yards with his old 30-06. He always got mad at me for that cuz his scope was set at it's highest setting, so he couldn't see anything through it. He also loved that Pabst Blue Ribbon. I had never even heard of the stuff until he talked about it, every single night.lol. I remember him telling me all kinds of hunting stories, stories about his family, stories about his friends, his truck etc. One of his favorite stories to tell me was when he almost fought a guy twice his size for peeing on his truck tire after a nascar race! He said his uncle had to tackle him to keep him from fightin the guy. Nick was always fun to talk to on here and on AIM. We had talked about meeting up several times, but never could make it happen. I'm gonna miss him being on here, thats for sure.

Alisha
This is a beautiful thread in tribute to Nick. I will remember him for as long as I live. I don't think I've ever met someone as sarcastic as him, but mostly when it came to picking on me. Through all the picking he did at me, it never once got on my nerves, I almost looked forward to it in a way! As I mentioned in the other thread, he mainly picked on me over my Neon and Tacoma and how crappy they were. He threatened to run them over with his big trucks more times than I can count. We also talked a lot about hunting, but mainly turkeys. He always tried his best to talk me into going, no matter how little I knew about turkey hunting. He also helped me out several times in chat when jerks or bullies came in there trying to start trouble or talk down to me. It will never be the same in chat or on MSN with him not around. I will truly miss him more than words can say. Nick, I miss you my dear friend. May you rest in peace and look down upon all of us from heaven. Please watch on us while we are hunting and put a good word in with the big man upstairs to please send the big bucks and thunder gobblin' limb hangers our way. snapper
Well Nicky (he used to hate that)...really lost for words still. I remember all the times in the chat when I called him Nicky and he'd call me snappy, knowing it didn't bother me. I also remember all the times like MCH said about him always eating at 1 or 2 am...eating things like you'd eat for dinner...not snacks! As mods. in the chat...we used to stay in "hide" mode and chat about some folks in the chat...wow those were some conversations. I remember calling Nick once at home because he seemed upset about something (really don't remember what). But it was like Scott said...pretty quiet on the phone. We ended up chatting for awhile on the phone and he loosened up...remember laughing, talking about guns and hunting. Then there were the "blow ups" about me maybe buying a Toyota...lol. You'll be missed buddy (Bling Bling)...RIP...wish you would have came to one of us!
