Funny how Alabama BARELY beat LSU and we gave them a good stomping. We will beat the Tide in the SEC championship game and play for the National Title.

I believe you are right and Gator will get his Florida-Oklahoma matchup. That Penn St. loss put the gators right back in it. Should be a great game!

I hate to use your logic against you, but, since Alabama beat Mississippi and Florida lost to Mississippi, obviously, Florida will lose to Alabama.

No doubt that Florida is playing better ball now and the quarterback is showing up now but I really have a hard time with Florida playing for the national championship. If you have Texas--who has only lost one game to a top 5 team on the road, or Texas Tech (if they lose to ZeroU on the road), or ZeroU if they beat us in Stillwater---how can Florida have a case for being ahead of any 3 of these teams--Even if they beat Alabama. They loss to a very average team at home. I also feel this way about USC--even though their loss was on the road it was a team they should have beat easily.

The answer as to how Florida could have a case is easy. SEC . They don't have to be good, just have those initials behind them and the $$$$ that brings.

On to Texas Tech, I don't think anybody is going to touch them if they keep playing the way they have been.

Easy Todd. Florida has to win out AND beat Alabama, the #1 team in the nation at this point. If that happens, I'd be willing to bet that Florida plays for the National Title, being SEC Champs

I agree. If #1 Bama and Florida win out and Bama looses to the Gators in the SEC title game, Florida goes to the big dance. Me being a homer, I hope it's Bama that will go though. Still, I will put on my Gator hat for the NCG if it's Florida who represents the SEC. Good luck to the Gators in their remaining regular season games! Hope yall win out, look forward to these 2 teams meeting in ATL!!

Todd really seems to forget the no-logic-allowed policy in this room. ;)
