I do all day sits on a regular basis.

Video games help. It gives me something to do. Food, water, snacks and staying warm help also. Standing at least 25% of the time takes alot of the wear and tear off of the backside.

Since i am using a climber and wearing a safety harness i will even take a short nap from time to time. I may be asleep but im still in my stand. It beats going back to the house for 1 or 2 hours and then heading back out.
