Muff Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 well I got home from camp just in time to see them put up the 3rd windmill its very cool to see it done.It only takes about 45 minutes to lift the blades up to be bolted on....I thought it was funny that with all the equipment they have ... two guys on ropes move the blades into place. any way here are 2 pics of one near my house going up. There's another 300+ going up to the southeast in the next county. From what I heard, all the electricity from the 86 has been sold and goes to Texas. Someone asked awhile back what I thought about them, I said,"it's real nice in the summer, they put off a nice breeze, keeps things cool."
