RyanH
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Call Comp-N-Choke! They make a great Choke! They will run you about $55 or so! But well worth it!
Missed160
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. I just went to the Mossberg web site, they sell them there. They have a Ported Turkey tube, for lead shot only, for $36.00 They also sell an X-Full tuber for $15.00. I would think that that would be all you need. Check that out.. http://www.mossberg.com/acatalog/chokes.htm
Turkeygirl
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Hey Laura, I have a Mossberg 500 20 ga. and use just a Mossberg Full choke in it. I think I got it for $10 or $15 at Walmart.

PAbowhunter4life
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Look for a Star Dot .676 . I have one for my 835 and it's a DEMON beyond 40 yards, not to mention considerably less priced than other brands. I get 60 BB's in the kill zone at 25 yards and 22 in the head @ 40 yards, can't ask for much more IMO. By the way, I picked mine up brand new on ebay for $15 shipped. A lot of serious turkey hunters I talk to, not just locals either compare it to the Gobblin Thunders as well as Comp N Chokes, only they cost a fraction of those 2. Did I mention it was voted choke of the year for 2004 by Turkey & Turkey Hunting mag? For the record, I got an excellent pattern out of my stock turkey choke too, the 2 gobblers it has killed past 40 yards can attest to that. But it definitely tightened up with the new choke in. NiteRunner
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Thanks Again! I'm checking out the Comp-N-Chokes site now. Star Dot .676 never heard of it, I'll have to find out more about it though! "60 BB's in the kill zone at 25"
Strut10
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. [ QUOTE ] Star Dot .676 never heard of it, [/ QUOTE ] You don't want a .676" for a 20ga. That's a 12ga. diameter. [ QUOTE ] I'll have to find out more about it though! "60 BB's in the kill zone at 25" [/ QUOTE ] I think you can do better. At 25 yards, the kill zone should disappear into one ragged hole.
borch
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Another good option would be Hastings chokes. My daughter's gun sure likes hers. I think it's a .556 or somethng like that. Hasting did very well at the NWTF stills as well this year. Borch
PAbowhunter4life
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. I'm sorry, I must rephrase that, 60 BB's in the head itself, that is my kill zone. I don't aim for the base of the neck like alot of guys do, I am for the head itself. As you mentioned, the head and neck all together is basically shredded, so I really couldn't give you an overall accurate count. As for the .676, I wasn't really sure what sizes were to what gun. I had assumed that it was a 12 gauge size. I archery hunt for turkey 99% of the time so I have never really felt the need for an all out turkey gun till about last year, then I decided I wanted to have a mean machine just in case I do decide to hunt with the gun again. NiteRunner
Re: Turkey Chokefor a 20 Ga. Don't worry I quickly found out that I 676. was for a 12 gauge. No harm done. I'll add hasting to my list as well! Thanks,
